REFUNDS + SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the service completion. If you have altered your results after your service, you may null and void any complimentary adjustment. Remember, our goal is to make you happy and feel beautiful!
CANCELLATIONS
Credit cards are required to make a reservation. We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Half of the services scheduled will be charged to the card on file should these situations occur. For extenuating circumstances, management reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee. Waivers are determined by management on a case by case basis. If you have reserved your appointment with less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are required to cancel 3 hours before your service start time to avoid Celebrity requiring a credit card on file to schedule future services. We kindly ask our guests to call to cancel appointments.
TIMELINESS
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call Celebrity and let us know so that we can consult your service provider on how to proceed. We believe in the full salon experience which includes our guests relying on their appointments beginning on time. Our services are scheduled with enough time for our guests to receive our signature Celebrity experience, so late arrivals may hinder our ability to give you and guests scheduled after you the standard of service they have come to expect of Celebrity Spa & Salon.
EDUCATIONAL SALON
The level system accomplishes two main goals – the first goal is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team and the second is to provide several options for your various needs. Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget. The designer’s level of competency or creativity is not necessarily related to their years of experience. This is a common misconception. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us. At Celebrity Spa & Salon, our service providers achieve promotions based on several factors. These factors include guest satisfaction, guest retention, performance and education.
If you are not comfortable working with a ‘team’ of professionals led by one person, please be sure to choose a Level 1, 2, or 3 stylist to work with. Level 3 are the ‘mentors’ for our associates through Level 2 stylists. They may occasionally enroll the help of an associate.
PRICING
Our experienced staff is committed to nothing short of excellence. Every service provider and support staff at Celebrity Spa & Salon works on a performance based level system. Specifically, this means that our service providers are placed in a level based on the demand on their time.
Our labor price will reflect inflation and the parts will be set based on the cost set by our distributors.
CHILDREN + EXTRA GUESTS
We ask that you find other arrangements for your little ones! Due to safety considerations and limited space as well as courtesy to others relaxing, children are not permitted into the salon unless receiving services. We would love for you to be able to have the full relaxing experience as well!
We ask that you refrain from bringing other guests not receiving services to your reservation due to safety considerations and limited space.
PETS
Look, we love your puppers... But we are a people salon (sigh) so you’ll have to leave your four legged friend at home when you visit us. While we wish we didn’t have to discriminate against the better species, it is against health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held. We also have to respect our clients who may not be as comfortable around animals as we are. If you bring your pup to your service, you will have to leave them outside or take them home before you can have services completed. If this results in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied.
