THE PROCESS
Consultation
The consultation is one of the most important steps in your extension journey. In this customized session, your stylist will take the time to understand your hair goals, discuss any concerns with your current hair, and assess your natural texture. This allows us to confirm your needs and ensure we achieve your desired outcome.
During the consultation, your stylist will explain the extension modalities we use, expertly color-match your hair, determine the amount of hair needed, and set realistic expectations for your final look.
Deposit
Following your consultation, we require that you purchase the extension hair in full before scheduling your installation appointment. This guarantees your spot on our schedule.
Please note, because your extension hair is custom-ordered just for you, all extension hair purchases are non-refundable.
